Guarantee & replacement policy

All tags are guaranteed by Bow Wow Meow for 5 years from the date of purchase against breakage and fading*.  
Lost tags and replacement split rings are not covered under this guarantee. Should you wish to order additional/replacement split rings, a small fee for postage and handling will be charged.

Our Bling tags are guaranteed against breakage and fading* for 5 years and for 1 year against the loss of any crystals*.

*Conditions apply.
- A photo of the tag and in some cases the return of the tag, is required under the terms of this guarantee. Replacements, whereby a photo of the tag cannot be provided, are at the discretion of Bow Wow Meow.
- Please note that our replacement guarantee does not cover broken split rings, faded tags caused by the tag having been chewed or bitten, or where there are other items attached to/near the tag. This causes friction with the metal, causing the outer layers of the tag to wear away.  

For replacement eZeClip requests, a photo of the clip via email will be required and in some cases, we may request return of the clip. Please contact us to discuss prior to sending back your clip.

Please note, we are unable to make changes once your order has been processed. Please check your order information carefully, we are not responsible for the accuracy of the information you have submitted, or for incorrect choice.

If you have received a faulty tag or the incorrect colour or design to that which was ordered, please complete our Correction/Replacement form below, ensuring you include a photo of the tag received and we will replace your tag free of charge. In the event of a claim under our guarantee, we will require a photo of the tag and may, in some instances, request return of the tag.

As our tags are deeply laser engraved. Your tag/s may arrive with some cloth fibres/metal residue still attached, or even with a bold finish. If this is the case, simply wipe over your tag/s with a cloth (e.g. polishing or jewellery) to smooth over the engraving and/or remove any excess fibres/metal.



Orders are sent in a standard DL size envelope by regular post to the delivery address provided**. There is no tracking available and a signature is not required upon delivery. Depending on the day/time your order is submitted, some orders will be processed the same day. Others can take 1-2 business days to be processed. Changes cannot be made once your order has been processed. 
Please allow up to 18 business days* for delivery outside Australia and up to 10 business days within Australia.

*In accordance with the delivery time frame provided by Australia Post and New Zealand Post.

**PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect delivery addresses due to orders being sent in standard envelopes. Re-delivery fees will apply should a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address be provided and your order returned to us.

If you have not received your tag after this time frame from the date of dispatch, please complete and submit our Correction/Replacement form or email advising us of your coupon number.

- We will replace any tags lost in the post free of charge, provided the delivery address entered is correct and if they are reported to us within 45 days from the date of dispatch. A 20% discount will be provided for replacement tag/s if reported to us after 45 days.
- If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and your order is not returned to us, we will replace your tag/s at a 20% discount off our recommended retail price.
- If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and your order is returned to us, an administration fee of $3.00, plus the postage cost to resend your order to the correct address will apply and is payable by credit card or PayPal.
*Returned orders will be held for 60 days after our initial contact with you, after which time, a new order at the recommended retail price will be required should you wish to re-order.


No payment required

As you have purchased your coupon from the distributor named on your coupon, you are not required to make any payment to us for the tag you are ordering. Should you wish to order another tag, please contact your Bow Wow Meow tag distributor to purchase another coupon.
